UBN 309/UBN 309 Rogowski Kit

The UBN 309 is a modern and innovative device for measurement and storage as well as consumption analysis of energy values. By using classic current transformers or connection via flexible Rogowski coils, the UBN 309 offers a wide range of measurement possibilities. The UBN 309 kit includes suitable Rogowski coils.

Thanks to various data interfaces (Modbus RTU/TCP) and an integrated Web server, it can be optimally integrated into existing systems or read remotely via Web interface. The device is suitable for the following areas of application: energy audits, energy and load management, and network and machine monitoring.

UBN 40/UBN 40 Rogowski Kit

The UBN 40 is a modern device for measurement and storage as well as consumption analysis of energy values. Due to the different variants such as direct or transformer measurement and the option to connect using flexible Rogowski coils, the UBN 40 offers a wide range of measurement possibilities. The UBN 40 kit includes suitable Rogowski coils.

All parameters can be set and programmed directly on the power analyzer via three keys. With a width of four modules, the device can be installed in the control cabinet in a space-saving manner. Due to different data interfaces (Modbus RTU/TCP) and an integrated Web server, it can be optimally integrated into existing systems or read remotely via Web interface. The device is suitable for the following areas of application: energy audits, energy and load management, and network and machine monitoring.

Advanced Monitoring (AM) with Network Analyzers

UBN AM power analyzers are compact devices for measuring and monitoring power networks. They are characterized by precision and intuitive operation. The UBN AM meets all the requirements of advanced network monitoring and can be individually adapted to almost any measurement task thanks to optional expansion components. The process environment can be connected with optional communication interfaces, via digital I/Os, analog outputs, or relays.

The devices are used in industrial plants, building automation, or power distribution. In low-voltage networks, nominal voltages up to 690 V CAT III can be connected directly; phase currents are detected via current transformers. The universal measuring system allows the use of the UBN-AM in all common network types.
Via the TFT display of the UBN power analyzer, the device can be operated and parameterized locally or, thanks to the integrated Web server, on mobile or stationary end devices. A comprehensive security concept protects the UBN from data manipulation or unauthorized network access. Data transmission is HTTPS encrypted, and measured value visualization in Efficio (release 5.0 or later) can be performed using website widgets.

UBN AM1000

UBN AM1000 power analyzers are designed for panel mounting with a standard 96 × 96 mm cutout. They have three measurement inputs each for connection of current and voltage transformers, an Ethernet interface (Modbus TCP, HTTPS, NTP), two digital outputs, and an expansion option. The measuring accuracy for currents/voltages is 0.2%, for power 0.5%, and for energy values 1%.

UBN AM3000

UBN AM3000 power analyzers are designed for panel mounting with a 144 × 144 mm standard cutout. They have four measurement inputs each for connecting current and voltage transformers as well as measurement inputs for residual current detection or residual current measurement. The basic model is equipped with an Ethernet interface (Modbus TCP, HTTPS, NTP), one digital input, and two digital outputs. Up to four expansion options can be added. The measurement accuracy of the UBN AM3000 is 0.2% for currents/voltages, 0.5% for power, and 0.5% for energy values.

Power Quality (PQ) with Power Quality Analyzers

The devices of the UBN PQ series are compact devices for qualitative measurement and monitoring of power networks. They can be directly connected to nominal voltages up to 690 V CAT III, and phase currents can be measured via current transformers with harmonic capability, for example, Berg XCTB. The universal measuring system allows the use of the UBN PQ1000, PQ3000, and PQ5000 devices in all common network types.


The products of the PQ series are metrologically certified devices of class A or S according to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed. 3. They provide reliable information for negotiations with energy suppliers or internal power quality control. Continuous monitoring can be used to analyze faults and archive them in the device’s long-term memory. The report generator integrated on the Web server enables intuitive generation of a power quality report according to EN 50160, EN 61000-2/4/12, or internal company limits without additional external software.
The PQ devices are connected to the process environment via communication interfaces, digital I/Os, analog outputs, or relays. A comprehensive security concept protects the UBN PQ devices against data manipulation or unauthorized network access. The data transmission is HTTPS encrypted, and the measured value visualization in the energy management software Efficio (release 5.0 or later) is possible using website widgets.

UBN PQ1000

UBN PQ1000 power quality analyzers provide continuous power quality assessment according to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed.3 in class S and are designed for panel mounting with the standard 96 x 96 mm cutout. They each have three measurement inputs for connecting harmonic-capable current and voltage transformers, an Ethernet interface (Modbus TCP, HTTPS, NTP), two digital outputs, and an expansion option. The measurement accuracy for phase currents/voltages is 0.2%, for power 0.5%, harmonics 0.5%, THD/THH 0.5%, and for energy values 0.5% (kWh/kVarh).
